"PRIVATE CROSSFIT PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS"

Anyone wishing to join the Brethren CrossFit team is required to start off with eight private CrossFit personal training sessions with a BRETHREN CrossFit coach. It will take approximately eight personal training sessions to teach you the basic movements that are at the center of the CrossFit program. This will ensure that you get enough personal attention when learning the movements. Some of the exercises or functional movements that you will learn in this include: body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, air-squats, jump rope, and sit ups; and barbell and dumbbell movements like dead-lifts, overhead squats, presses, and more you will also have fun learning to use our Concept II rowers, kettle bells, gymnast rings, military climbing ropes and tractor tires.

"MONTHLY UNLIMITED CROSSFIT ELITE FITNESS GROUP CLASSES"

Once you have completed at least eight Personal Training classes or if you can demonstrate to us proper form and good technique of CrossFit’s foundational movements, you may join the Elite Group classes. These group classes will focus on intensity as well as proper execution of movement. Elite Group classes include instruction on more complex movements. These group classes are offered at a monthly rate or we offer a discounted yearly or semi annual rate. This is a monthly unlimited class.

"PRIVATE CROSSFIT ELITE GROUP CLASSES"

We also offer “private” group classes. This is a group of people YOU put together (family, friends, co-workers, teams). This is a really great thing to do if you can put it together as it allows you to get all the benefits of private sessions mixed with the fun and excitement of a group environment- put together in one. Not to mention it saves money! On top of that, these sessions will also work to gain your admittance into our regular group classes- although it may take longer to get you qualified.


"FREE CROSSFIT BEGINNER BASICS CLASS"

Currently we offer a FREE BASICS class on Saturday morning 8:00am for new clients only. This is how you get started in our program. Our “Basics” CrossFit Class is a one hour class designed to educate new athletes of the CrossFit method, how our programs work, and take people through the basics of the CrossFit exercises. This class prepares athletes for moving into personal training and group classes with a firm grasp of movements and intelligent scaling for exercises that suit their specific needs. We limit the class size to 10 people max. Each class is taught by a CrossFit certified coach. This ensures you receive the necessary attention needed for success. Once you have completed the Basics Class, guarantee you will be motivated for the next step in your fitness program, which will be 8 Private Personal Training Sessions. "INTRODUCTORY PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION"

This is a 1/1 personal training session for new clients only. This is a way to get started in our program. This Introductory session is a one hour appointment designed to educate new athletes of the CrossFit method, how our programs work, and take people through the basics of the CrossFit exercises. This session prepares athletes for moving into personal training and group classes with a firm grasp of movements and intelligent scaling for exercises that suit their specific needs. This 1/1 personal training session is taught by a CrossFit certified coach. This ensures you receive the necessary attention needed for success. Once you have completed this Introductory session, guarantee you will be motivated for the next step in your fitness program, which will be 8 Private Personal Training Sessions.
