Jenn Burch is a Level One Certified CrossFit Trainer and the Owner/Operator of ChickFit, LLC. A mother of three, school-aged children and wife of a local business-owner, Jenn’s focus is creating fitness programs that increase muscle tone and flexibility while increasing energy and positivity for an active lifestyle. Her training programs are based upon CrossFit workouts and are scaled to all levels of fitness. ChickFit Bootcamps are fun group-training sessions open to bridal parties, corporate groups, or other individuals interested in trying a CrossFit training session tailored to specific goals (weight-loss, flexibility/mobility, speed/endurance).
Jenn’s fitness philosophy is to create a balanced lifestyle by enhancing health and wellness. Investing time in exercise will create higher energy levels and feelings of positivity that enhance all areas of your life.
An interest in fitness and strength training began after trying to lose post-pregnancy pounds. Her husband encouraged her to try a CrossFit workout in May of 2009. Loving the full-body training and camaraderie of the members of Brethren, she was eager to learn more. In February 2010 she was certified as a CrossFit trainer and started ChickFit.
